Day, week and month views that regroup between clinicians and locations with one toggle. It knows about rooms, devices, buffers, blocked time and opening hours — so the bookings it accepts are bookings you can actually deliver.

What you get

- Clinicians or locations
- One toggle regroups the columns by who is working or where the work happens, and recolours to match.
- Recurring series
- Daily, weekly on chosen days, or monthly. Occurrences that clash with a block or a device are skipped and reported rather than silently dropped. Edit or delete one, this and following, or all.
- Blocked time and buffers
- Mark time unavailable and it refuses overlapping bookings. Add prep and clean-up either side of an appointment, counted in device conflict checks.
- Opening hours it respects
- Set weekly hours per facility. Out-of-hours time is shaded, and booking into it warns rather than blocks.
- Categories that carry defaults
- Choosing a category fills the title and sets the length, so the common booking takes one action.
- Filters worth saving
- Filter by clinician, location, category, device or status, then save the view you keep coming back to.
